  • Tax, legal, accounting, or compliance advice.
  • Tax calculation, tax return filing, nexus analysis, or taxability determinations.
  • Exemption certification or legal validation that a certificate is acceptable for a jurisdiction or transaction.
  • A guarantee that a certificate, customer, transaction, filing position, or audit outcome is valid or compliant.
  • A replacement for your organization's tax professionals, legal counsel, record-retention policies, or source-of-truth systems.

Human review is authoritative

Completeness findings, dates, status labels, reminders, and future extraction tools are workflow aids. An authorized reviewer must examine the underlying certificate and decide whether to accept it, request more information, or reject it under the organization's own policies and professional advice.

Your organization remains responsible

Your organization is responsible for lawful collection and use of customer data, user access, recipient details, certificate decisions, tax treatment, legal and regulatory obligations, retention schedules, and the accuracy of exports or downstream system updates.
